Nature has been shown to have a positive impact on mental health, and the Mental Wellness pillar leverages the Gardens as a space for emotional well-being and reflection.
Gift of Gardens partners with mental wellness organisations to co-create programmes that incorporate elements such as mindfulness and nature appreciation. Rather than being purely recreational, these experiences are intentionally designed to support emotional resilience, self-care, and mental well-being.
Our Mental Wellness programmes also aim to reduce stigma by normalising conversations around mental health and creating inclusive spaces for healing.
