Getting Around

Shuttle Service

Bayfront MRT ←→ Active Garden ←→ Flower Dome

  • Runs at 10-minute intervals
  • Shuttle Service fee at $3 for two rides (Adult / Child)
  • Tickets can be purchased online or via the Gardens by the Bay Mobile App
  • Free Shuttle Service for every passenger using a wheelchair (ambulant or non-ambulant). Caregivers are required to purchase a ticket. To ensure safety and comfort onboard our vehicles:
    • Only foldable manual wheelchairs and lightweight foldable electric wheelchairs are allowed.
    • Non-foldable, bulky, or heavy wheelchairs cannot be accommodated due to space and safety considerations.
    • Wheelchairs must not exceed 1.2m (L) x 0.7m (W) x 1.5m (H), with a maximum laden weight of 200kg.
    • Passengers using wheelchairs are required to board with the assistance of our staff to ensure safe and secure boarding.
  • We may change the operating hours, suspend or cease operations without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability in the event of inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
  • Gardens by the Bay's solar-powered electric cruisers are supported by OCBC.

Audio Tour

Tour the outdoor gardens in comfort on board the Garden Cruiser Audio Tour. Featuring an engaging audio commentary, this 20-minute ride brings visitors to various places of interest at Bay South Garden and introduces some unusual flora encountered along the way. 

  • Meeting point for the audio tour ride starts at Main Arrival (outside Arrival Gift Shop)
  • Runs at 20-minute intervals
  • Approx. 20mins per tour

  • Audio Tour tickets can be purchased from the Audio Tour captain.
