General Terms & Conditions of Friends of the Gardens 1-year Membership
Friends of the Gardens membership eCard (“Card”) will be issued. The holder(s) of the Friends of the Gardens Card will be entitled to unlimited admission into Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and the OCBC Skyway, except during maintenance closure dates and special circumstance(s) as stipulated by Gardens by the Bay. For events that are ticketed, admission fees will apply.
Friends of the Gardens shall enjoy discounts and promotions at Gardens by the Bay Gift Shops and participating F&B outlets (terms and conditions apply). Not applicable for ticketing promotions and giveaways, unless otherwise stated.
Friends of the Gardens, except Child/Student members, shall enjoy free parking for the first two (2) hours of their visit. Complimentary parking is limited to per visit per day.
The Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of application. Friends of the Gardens can renew their membership any time within their membership validity, and the renewed 1-year membership will commence on the current expiry date of their existing membership. For members who wish to change/renew to a different membership category (with the exception of Individual Adult to Senior category), please sign up for the new membership category after your current membership expires.
A new sign-up is defined as where the applicant is either:
- Joining Friends of the Gardens for the first time or;
- A former member who take up a membership again or;
- A current member who is taking up a new membership category.
A renewal is defined as where a current member continue his/her membership for another year under the same* membership category within the membership validity period (and for Family/Family Plus membership, the main cardholder remain unchanged).
*With the exception of an Individual Adult member who renew to Senior membership. The member would need to meet the age requirement of Senior membership (i.e. 60 years old or above) at the point of renewal transaction to qualify for this. The membership system will recognise that you are eligible for Senior membership based on your date of birth, and automatically allow you to renew to a Senior membership.
‘Family’ membership is limited to a maximum of 2 adults/seniors and a maximum of 3 children (aged 3 ≤ 12 years old). 'Family Plus' membership is limited to a maximum of 5 persons, regardless of age. Addition or change of members are not allowed during membership period.
Full-time students applying under Student discount will have to furnish valid student pass or other required information at the point of application.
The Card must be presented to enjoy the privileges stipulated herein.
The Card is issued by Gardens by the Bay and remains the property of Gardens by the Bay.
The Card is strictly non-transferable.
Membership fees shall be paid in full and are strictly non-refundable.
Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to request for official identification with the Card for verification and entry to the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and the OCBC Skyway.
Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to decline any membership applications and to withdraw any programme at any time.
Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to reject any membership application or renewal and to suspend or terminate a membership without liability or refund.
Gardens by the Bay will not be held responsible for any injuries, damage/loss of property(s) when members visit Gardens by the Bay.
Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of the discounts, promotions, benefits and terms & conditions without prior notice. Please refer to our website for the latest updates.
