Your membership is tied to the mobile number of the main cardholder. For Family/Family Plus memberships, please renew using the mobile number of the main cardholder.
Upon renewing your membership under the same membership ID, your vehicle details (car plate and IU number) will be automatically updated in our parking system with the renewed validity. If your vehicle details have changed, please update them under Vehicle Registration in the membership app homepage.
