i-Run welcomes everyone to build up their fitness levels and stamina through running. Participants will enjoy routine weekly runs of moderate to vigorous intensity led by professional trainers and pacers, who also offer tips on how to improve one's cardiovascular fitness, as well as running clinics to impart relevant knowledge on running techniques and prevention of running injuries.
