Yellow Ribbon Community Arts Festival 2025

Organised by the Yellow Ribbon Project, the Yellow Ribbon Community Arts Festival invites members of public to explore the untold stories, aspirations, and remarkable transformations of inmates through the power of art.

This year’s theme, "We Are Each Other's Second Chances", is a powerful call to action, echoing the hope that our community will embrace ex-offenders, giving them the opportunity to contribute and pay it forward to society. It's a journey that highlights the importance of hope, resilience, and second chances, all working towards building a more inclusive and cohesive society for everyone, resonating with the shared values of SG60 as we celebrate our nation’s 60th year of independence.

Join us for a fun-filled weekend with activities such as the roving exhibition truck, art workshops and band performances as we showcase the artistic expressions of inmates and ex-offenders.
