- The contest is open to all Singapore residents, 18 years old and above, with the exception of staff from Gardens by the Bay and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as well as their immediate family members.
- “Immediate family members” refer to spouses, children, parents, and siblings.
- Singapore resident refers to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, as well as those living in Singapore, including Employment Pass, Work Permit and Dependent Pass holders.
- Only one entry is allowed per person. Repeated entries will not be considered.
- By participating, the participant is indicating his/ her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The contest begins on 24 April 2026 and ends on 17 May 2026.
- To enter the contest, participants must answer all questions and submit successfully. Participant will receive an email notification upon successful submission.
- The winner will be selected via an electronic draw on Wednesday 20th May 2026.
- The winner will be notified via email by KLM Singapore. The winner must respond to the email within 14 days to claim the prize, failing which the prize will be forfeited.
- The winner is awarded the prize of 2 (two) Economy round-trip flight tickets operated by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from Singapore to a destination of choice in Europe via Amsterdam. The prize does not include accommodation, transportation to and from the airport, meals, or any other expenses not explicitly mentioned.
- The prize tickets are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
- The winner can choose a travel partner to travel together. Both must travel together, on the same dates, on the same flights and on the same booking reference. The prize is nominative and cannot be transferred.
- The flight reservation and ticketing must be finalized and claimed by 10 December 2026 for travel by 31 March 2027. The reservation is subject to seat availability. KLM reserves the right to vary the dates of travel should any circumstances arise.
- Any extension of deadline or travel validity or change of itinerary is not allowed and prize not claimed after expiry date will be forfeited. Change of travel dates or name change is not permitted once the tickets are issued.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for others. All airport taxes and surcharges are included in this prize. The tickets are not eligible for an upgrade to the next cabin or for Flying Blue Mileage accrual. Paid options such as preferred seats, extra baggage allowance, à la carte meals etc. can be purchased on the KLM website.
- Gardens by the Bay and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without any prior notice.

Floral Fantasy will be closed on 5 May 2026 for Maintenance.
Temporary Closure of Cloud Walk and Lost World, and Sound Adjustments at Cloud Forest on 5 May 2026
Cloud Walk and Lost World at Cloud Forest will be temporary closed from 11.00am to 11.30am on Tue, 5 May 2026. The soundscape for Jurassic World: The World will also be adjusted from 10.30am to 11.30am.
Change of Entrance for Far East Organization Children’s Garden from 26 Mar 2026
In anticipation of the upcoming works for Bay South-East bridge, the current entrance for Far East Organization Children’s Garden along the Waterfront Promenade will be closed. From 26 March 2026, please use the new entrance located near the Sun Pavilion.
Bay South–Bay East Bridge Construction from 4 May 2026
To facilitate the construction of the bridge linking Bay South Garden and Bay East Garden, there will be no access for cyclists along the Waterfront Promenade from 4 May 2026. During the construction of the bridge, cyclists heading towards Marina Barrage are advised to take an alternative route around the perimeter of Bay South Garden. Pedestrians may still access the Waterfront Promenade, with a slight diversion to their route.
