Paper Birds of Possibilities: Create Your Own Paper Bird

by Singapore Association for Mental Health

Join us to create your own paper bird from recycled art materials and unfold your creativity.

Inspired by the journey of migratory birds, this activity celebrates movement, transformation, and community spirit. Using recycled, paint-stained paper, you’ll create a colourful paper bird while reflecting on how we connect, grow, and care for the world around us.

This workshop is a collaboration between the Singapore Association for Mental Health and Gardens by the Bay. As part of the Gift of Gardens community outreach initiative and a year-long wellness series at Gardens by the Bay, the workshop is designed to inspire and equip participants with practical ways to nurture mental well-being through the therapeutic wonders of nature.

Participants are invited to submit their finished artworks to the Singapore Association for Mental Health for an upcoming community art exhibition next year. You're also welcome to take your artwork home.
