Change of Entrance for Far East Organization Children’s Garden from 26 Mar 2026
In anticipation of the upcoming works for Bay South-East bridge, the current entrance for Far East Organization Children’s Garden along the Waterfront Promenade will be closed. From 26 March 2026, please use the new entrance located near the Sun Pavilion.
Gardens by the Bay supports Earth Hour on Sat, 28 Mar 2026
In support of Earth Hour on Sat, 28 Mar 2026, the lights on the Supertrees will be turned off from 8.30pm to 9.30pm. The 8.45pm Garden Rhapsody will also be cancelled. Let's do our part to save our Earth!
Bay South–Bay East Bridge Construction in Q2 2026
To facilitate the construction of the bridge linking Bay South Garden and Bay East Garden, there will be no access for cyclists along the waterfront promenade from Q2 2026. The exact implementation date will be announced at least two weeks in advance. During the construction of the bridge, cyclists heading toward Marina Barrage are advised to take an alternative route around the perimeter of Bay South Garden. Pedestrians may still access the waterfront promenade, with a slight diversion to their route.

Orchid Extravaganza
This year, Orchid Extravaganza spotlights the rich heritage and diversity across six regions of Indonesia. Featuring more than 7,000 orchids, including native species and varieties, it is presented in partnership with the Ministry of Creative Economy of Indonesia. Striking woven artworks and larger-than-life sculptural pieces using the traditional anyaman weaving technique with coconut leaves and bamboo, are featured alongside architectural recreations of traditional Sumbanese houses with their soaring roofs and multi-tiered Balinese Meru towers. Cultural motifs, including bold Toba Batak patterns and intricate ikat designs reflect the stories, beliefs and craftsmanship across the Indonesian archipelago.
