Making Colours with Flowers and Leaves by Singapore Association for Mental Health

Create natural colours by gently pounding flowers and leaves onto fabric. This hands-on session is about trying something new, embracing surprises, and enjoying the process.

No art experience needed — just curiosity. The session will also share briefly about art therapy and how SAMH supports mental health through creative services.

The full activity fee goes to support Singapore Association for Mental Health and their services.
