Happy Me Happy You

Join us in 3 differently themed workshops to bring everyone together in the family and put the spotlight on how we can become a closer-knit family through better understanding and enhanced communications. Learn about caring for yourself first before you can be a better partner and parent to your loved ones. Find out how you can help your child cope better with and build resilience against bullying in school and in cyberspace; and close that generational gap between the grandparents and the kids by fostering intergenerational bonding and intimacy.

Happy Me Happy You workshops are presented by En Community Services Society.
