Padel at the Gardens

In a first at Gardens by the Bay, two padel ball courts set against the stunning backdrop of the iconic Supertrees will be made available to the public for free, giving everyone the opportunity to experience the rising sport from 19 Sep to 11 Oct.

Padel at the Gardens, presented by UBS with Gardens by the Bay as program partner, is a first-of-its-kind padel activation in Singapore.

Inspired by the UBS Craft of Sport, Padel at the Gardens is part of UBS’s regional Padel Series which brings one of the world’s fastest-growing sports to some of Asia Pacific’s most iconic landmarks.

Padel, which combines elements of tennis and squash, is a sport that is gaining popularity in Singapore. Located near Active Garden of Gardens by the Bay, the custom-built padel courts will create opportunities for people of all ages and sporting abilities to stay active and connect with one another amidst the beauty of nature.

How to book?

  1. Download Playtomic app on Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Create your user profile / Log in your account
  3. Tap “Book a Court” on the homepage and search for “UBS Centre Court at Gardens by the Bay"
  4. Pick your preferred calendar date, browse the open time slots, select an available court
  5. Review and submit your selection to confirm booking

Terms and conditions

  • Court bookings are subject to availability and prevailing weather conditions, including haze. Participants are advised to check NEA’s latest haze advisory before proceeding with their session.
  • Court booking is free of charge. Equipment rental is available on-site at a non-refundable fee of $15 per racquet and $12 per tube of padel balls (3 balls per tube).
  • As court slots are limited and complimentary, please cancel your booking at least 3 days before your scheduled session if you are unable to attend. This allows the slot to be released for others to book.
  • The padel court operates in accordance with Sport Singapore’s guidelines on haze management. The padel court will be temporarily closed and all activities will cease if the 24-hour PSI reading reaches the Very Unhealthy range (above 200).
  • The organisers reserve the right to close the courts without prior notice due to adverse weather, operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. 
  • By entering the Premises, you acknowledge that your participation in Padel at the Gardens is entirely voluntary and agree to indemnify the organisers against claims arising from your negligent or unlawful conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with your participation and agree that the Organisers shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death, loss, theft or damage to personal property arising from or in connection with your participation in this event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
