World Autism Awareness Month

April is World Autism Awareness Month, a time to foster greater understanding, acceptance and inclusion of autistic people around the world.

As part of our commitment to being a People’s Garden that welcomes visitors from all walks of life, Gardens by the Bay will be marking this occasion through initiatives that encourage greater understanding and accessibility.

This year, we invite members of the public to sign up for our Quiet Morning programme, which offers a calmer, sensory-friendly visiting experience for those who may benefit from a more relaxed environment.

We are also partnering with St. Andrew’s Autism Centre on an exhibition that raises awareness about autism and celebrates a more inclusive community.
