Introduction

1. This Contest is jointly organised by Gardens by the Bay and UBS (“Organisers”).  
2. 8 pairs of exclusive invitations (“Prize”) are available to be won.  Each winner will receive one (1) pair of invitation to the event on 20 October 2026.
3. The Contest shall commence on 19 September 2026 and end on 4 October 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Contest Period”). Any entries received outside the Contest Period shall be deemed invalid and will not be considered. 
4. Eligibility
   To be eligible for the contest, you must:
   1. Purchase a Local Resident Flower Dome admission ticket during the Contest Period or hold a valid Friends of the Gardens (FOG) membership.
   2. Submit a valid entry to the contest by scanning the designated QR code at the board near the Tennis Topiary located in Flower Dome and completing the official entry form during the Contest Period.
   3. Be at least 18 years old and is a Singapore Resident. “Singapore Resident” refers to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, as well as those living in Singapore, including Employment Pass, Work Permit and Dependent Pass holders.
   4. Not be an employee of, an immediate family member of an employee of Gardens by the Bay, UBS Singapore or any agency, service provider or individual engaged by Gardens by the Bay or UBS Singapore in connection with the event. “Immediate family members” refer to spouses, children, parents, and siblings.
   5. Each eligible participant is limited to one (1) entry only for the duration of the Contest Period, irrespective of the number of Flower Dome admission tickets purchased or visits made. Should multiple entries be submitted by the same participant, only the first valid entry received will be accepted and subsequent entries will be disregarded.
5. Contest Rules
   1. To participate in this Contest, eligible participants must:
      1. Visit Flower Dome during the Contest Period;
      2. Spot the Tennis Topiary in Flower Dome; 
      3. Scan the QR code on the board next to the Topiary to complete the participation form, tell us what makes you a true tennis fan, and why you should be invited to the event. 
   2. The names of both the participant and their accompanying guest, as submitted in the online entry form, are final. No changes, substitutions or transfers of names will be permitted after the entry has been submitted.
   3. Entries must be submitted between 9:00am on 19 September 2026 and 11:59pm on 4 October 2026 (both dates inclusive).
   4. The time of submission shall be as recorded by the Organiser, and such record shall be final and conclusive.
   5. Late submissions will not be entertained.
   6. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, duplicated, tampered with, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be disqualified. 
   7. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to eligibility qualification and selection shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. 
6. Contest Winner Selection and Notification
   1. Eight (8) winners will be selected by the Organisers from valid entries received during the Contest Period.
   2. Winners will be determined based on the creativity, originality and quality of their responses to the contest question, as assessed by the Organisers.
   3. The selected winners will be notified via the email address provided in their entry form within ten (10) calendar days after the end of the Contest Period.
7. Prize Conditions
   1. Each admission ticket admits one (1) person who must be 12 years and above.
   2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be sold, traded or redeemed for cash, credit or any other form of compensation.
   3. The names of the winner and the accompanying guest, as submitted in the winning entry and confirmed by the Organisers, are final. No changes, substitutions or transfers of either the winner or the accompanying guest will be permitted.
   4. The Organisers reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, amend or terminate the Prize, in whole or in part, at any time, including after notification or acceptance by the winner, if circumstances so require. In such cases, the Organisers shall not be liable to provide any replacement prize, compensation or damages.
8. Personal Data
   1. By participating in the Contest, each participant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by the Organisers for the purposes of administering and conducting the Contest, including the verification of eligibility, winner selection, prize fulfilment and any other purpose reasonably related to the Contest, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
   2. Where a participant submits the personal particulars of an accompanying guest as part of the Contest entry, the participant represents and warrants that they have obtained the guest's consent to provide such personal data to the Organisers for the purposes of administering the Contest and for purposes of prize redemption.
   3. For the purpose of prize redemption, the Organisers may collect, use and disclose the personal data of the winner and the accompanying guest to relevant third parties involved in the administration of the Prize. By accepting the Prize, the winner and the accompanying guest are deemed to have consented to such collection, use and disclosure for the stated purposes.
9. Liability
   1. The Participant shall not hold the Organisers liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest or the acceptance use or enjoyment of the Prize in any way whatsoever.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    1. This Contest and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contest or these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.     
11. General
    1. The Organisers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to amend, vary or update these Terms and Conditions, or to suspend or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
    2. The Organisers shall not be held liable in the event that the contest is terminated or scaled-down or otherwise modified for any reason or cause beyond the control of the Organisers.
