1. Promotion Period
   • This Promotion is valid from 26 February 2026 to 30 April 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) unless otherwise terminated by Gardens by the Bay at its sole and absolute discretion.
2. Eligibility
   • The Promotion is open to customers who make a minimum spend of SGD $80 in a single transaction, after the application of all discounts, using a UOB Debit or Credit Card issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, or Thailand.
   • Corporate, commercial, prepaid, and any other non-qualifying cards are strictly excluded.
   • The Promotion is valid only for attraction tickets purchased onsite at Gardens by the Bay’s designated ticketing counters at:
     • The Canopy
     • Floral Fantasy
   • Eligible attractions include:
     Cloud Forest, Floral Fantasy, Flower Dome, OCBC Skyway, Supertree Observatory, Audio Tour, and Shuttle Service.
   • Purchases made via online platforms, mobile applications, third-party platforms, instalment payment plans, or any other non-specified payment channels are not eligible under any circumstances.
3. Complimentary Medallion Pin
   • Customers who meet all qualifying conditions shall be entitled to receive one (1) Disney Adventure-inspired Medallion Pin (“Disney Medallion Pin”) per qualifying transaction, while stocks last.
   • The complimentary Medallion Pin will be issued at the point of purchase only. No reservations, exchanges, or deferred collections are permitted.
   • The Medallion Pin is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other item.
   • No replacement, exchange, or compensation will be provided for any lost, stolen, damaged, or defective Medallion Pins.
   • Gardens by the Bay does not warrant the merchantability, quality, fitness for purpose, or suitability of the Medallion Pin and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from or in connection with the use or enjoyment of the Medallion Pin.
4. General Conditions
   • This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, privileges, or discounts unless otherwise expressly stated by Gardens by the Bay.
   • Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any transaction and to refuse the issuance of the Medallion Pin where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
   • Gardens by the Bay reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without liability.
   • Gardens by the Bay shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling this Promotion where such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
   • United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) is the Medallion Pin sponsor and shall not be responsible for the redemption, distribution, or quality of the Medallion Pin.
   • For enquiries relating to the Promotion or the complimentary Medallion Pin, customers may contact Gardens by the Bay during the Promotion Period.
   • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Gardens by the Bay shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all parties.
5. Disney Adventure-Inspired Medallion Pin – Disclaimer
   • The Disney Adventure-inspired Medallion Pin (“Medallion Pin”) is produced and supplied by The Magical Cruise Company Limited (dba Disney Cruise Line), a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company Limited (“Disney Cruise Line”) (“Disney”). Disney is solely responsible for the manufacture, supply, quality, safety, and availability of the Medallion Pin.
   • Gardens by the Bay is responsible only for administering this Promotion and distributing the Medallion Pin at the point of purchase. Gardens by the Bay does not manufacture, supply, or control the Medallion Pin and makes no representation or warranty regarding its quality, condition, or suitability.
   • Any queries, issues, or claims regarding the Medallion Pin itself—including loss, damage, defects, safety, or availability—must be directed to Disney or its designated representatives.
   • Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance that Gardens by the Bay is not responsible for the Medallion Pin.

1. Promotion Period
   • The Promotion shall commence on 26 February 2026 and end on 30 April 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period shall be deemed invalid and will not be considered.
2. Organiser, Prize Sponsor & Designated Travel Agent
   • This Promotion is organised by Gardens by the Bay (“Organiser”).
   • The prize of a 3N cruise holiday in a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah for 2 guests (estimate value at US$2,100) on the Disney Adventure] (“Prize”) is provided by Magical Cruise Company Limited (dba Disney Cruise Line), a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company Limited (“Disney Cruise Line”).
   • The Prize is sponsored by United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB or the Prize Sponsor”).
   • UOB Travel Planners has been appointed as the designated travel agent (“Designated Travel Agent”) for redemption of the Prize.
   • A service fee of S$60 (exclusive of GST) will be payable by the winner directly to the Designated Travel Agent upon redemption of the Prize.
3. Entry Qualifications
   • This Promotion applies strictly to the purchase of attraction (Cloud Forest, Floral Fantasy, Flower Dome Skyway, Supertree Observatory, Audio Tour, Shuttle Service) tickets made onsite at Gardens by the Bay’s The Canopy and Floral Fantasy ticketing counters. Transactions made via online platforms, mobile applications, third-party platforms, instalment payment plans, or any other payment channels shall not qualify.
   • To qualify, participants must spend a minimum of SGD $100 in a single transaction, charged in full to a valid UOB Debit or Credit Card issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam or Thailand, during the Promotion Period. Corporate or commercial cards are excluded. Each qualifying transaction entitles the participant to one (1) lucky draw entry only.
   • The minimum spend of SGD $100 shall be calculated net of all discounts, vouchers, rebates, credits, refunds, or adjustments, and must be reflected on a single original receipt. Split or combined receipts will not be accepted.
   • Any amount spent in excess of SGD $100 within the same transaction shall not entitle the participant to additional entries. Separate qualifying transactions are required for each additional lucky draw entry.
4. Eligibility
   • The Promotion is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and above at the time of participation, and who comply with the entry requirements set out in Clause 3.
   • Employees of the Organiser, UOB, Disney Cruise Line, UOB Travel Planner, their respective holding companies, subsidiaries, related corporations, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling and child) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
5. Participation in the Promotion
   • To participate in this Promotion, eligible participants must:
     1. Scan the official QR code provided at the point of purchase or displayed near Gardens by the Bay’s The Canopy and Floral Fantasy ticketing counters; and
     2. Complete and submit the prescribed online entry form, including accurate personal particulars, transaction details, and a clear upload of the original receipt evidencing payment made in full with an eligible UOB Debit or Credit Card issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam or Thailand (excluding corporate or commercial cards).
   • Entries must be submitted between 9:00am on 26 February 2026 and 11:59pm on 30 April 2026 (both dates inclusive).
   • The time of submission shall be determined solely by the Organiser’s system records. Late submissions shall not be accepted.
   • Participants must retain the original physical receipt and relevant card transaction record for verification purposes. Failure to produce such proof upon request may result in disqualification.
   • Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, duplicated, tampered with, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be disqualified.
   • The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to eligibility qualification and selection shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
6. Lucky Draw Winner Selection and Notification
   • One (1) winner shall be selected by the Organiser through random draw from all eligible and valid entries during the Promotion Period.
   • The draw will be conducted on 8 May 2026 at 11:00 at Gardens by the Bay Office. The draw will be conducted in compliance with the applicable requirements of the relevant legislation and regulations, including but not limited to The Gambling Control Act 2022, The Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries - Regulation 11 of the Class Licence Order).
   • The selected winner shall be notified via email at the email address provided in the entry form within 7 calendar days from the date of the draw in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
   • The selected winner must respond to the Organiser and Designated Travel Agent within five (5) business days from the date of notification to confirm acceptance of the Prize and to arrange for prize redemption.
   • If the selected winner fails to respond within the stipulated time, declines or forfeits the Prize, or is subsequently determined to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner by way of a further random draw on a date and time of its choice at its sole discretion.
   • The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the draw and selection of the winner shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
7. Prize Conditions
   • One (1) winner will be selected to win one (1) 3N cruise holiday in a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah for 2 guests (estimate value at US$2,100) on the Disney Adventure] (“Prize”).
   • The Prize specifications are fixed. No substitutions, exchanges, transfers or modifications of the Prize are permitted.
   • The Prize does not include any applicable goods and services tax (GT) on its retail value.   Any room type upgrades, additional guests, onboard expenses, shore excursions and any other add-on options. The winner shall be solely responsible for all such additional add-ons.
   • Redemption and utilisation of the Prize remain subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by Disney Cruise Line and the Designated Travel Agent (UOB Travel Planners). This includes a S$60 (exclusive of GST) service charge which you are required to pay to UOB Travel Planners Pte Ltd as the designated travel agent for your redemption of your Prize.
   • The Prize is strictly for use onboard the Disney Adventure, scheduled to depart from Singapore on 7 December 2026 and returning to Singapore on 10 December 2026. The sail date is fixed and cannot be changed. If the Winner is unable to travel on the specified date for any reason, the Prize will be deemed forfeited.
   • The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited shall not be liable to compensate the Winner if they are unable to use the Prize, fail to make bookings via the appointed travel partner or travel agent, or for any reason whatsoever. The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited makes no representation, or warranties regarding implied terms or conditions relating to the Prize.
   • The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever or for any charge, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred as a result of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion.
   • This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited, or its parent, subsidiaries, related and/or affiliated companies.
   • The Prize is subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by Disney Cruise Line and as stated in the Disney Cruise Line Prize Description in Annex A.
8. Personal Data
   • By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of administering this Promotion in accordance with applicable data protection laws of Singapore including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
   • For the purpose of Prize redemption, the Organiser may disclose the winner’s personal data to the Prize Sponsor and the Designated Travel Agent. Both the Prize Sponsor and the Designated Travel Agent will handle such data solely for the purposes of Prize redemption in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the Winner is deemed to have consented of the disclosure by the Organiser for the purpose of Prize redemption.
9. Liability
   • The Organiser shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance use or enjoyment of the Prize in any way whatsoever.
   • The Organiser and each of UOB and UOB Travel Planners shall not be liable for any claim, loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising in connection with the Promotion, the Prize, or the redemption of the Prize. This includes without limitation, any changes, cancellation, unavailability, or defects in the Prize or any related services.
10. General
    • The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion, to amend, vary, or update these terms and Conditions or to suspend or terminate the Promotion, at any time without prior notice. to amend these Terms & Conditions or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
    • This Promotion is organised, administered, and executed by Gardens by the Bay. Neither UOB nor UOB Travel Planners is the organiser of this Promotion and neither assumes any responsibility for its conduct, administration of entries, determination of winners, prize redemption or any disputes arising from the Promotion and assumes no responsibility for the conduct of the Promotion, the administration of entries, the determination of winners, the fulfilment of prizes, or any dispute arising from the Promotion.
    • All enquiries, issues, and disputes relating to the Promotion shall be directed to Gardens by the Bay.
    • All enquiries relating to the Prize shall be directed to Disney Line Cruise.
11. Important Information
    • The prize of a 3-night cruise holiday in a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah for 2 guests (estimated value US$2,100) on the Disney Adventure (“Prize”) is provided, supplied, and fulfilled by Magical Cruise Company Limited (dba Disney Cruise Line), a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company (“Disney Cruise Line”).
    • Disney Cruise Line is solely responsible for the availability, booking, itinerary, operation, safety, quality, terms and conditions, and all other aspects relating to the Prize.
    • Gardens by the Bay acts only as the organiser and administrator of the Promotion. GBTB. It
      • Does not supply, or control the Prize;
      • Makes no representation or warranty regarding the Prize, including its availability, suitability, quality, or safety; and
      • Shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or other claims arising from or in connection with the Prize in any way whatsoever.
    • Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance that Gardens by the Bay is not responsible for the Prize.
    • All Prize-related enquiries, disputes, or claims—including booking, cancellation, itinerary, or use—must be directed solely to Disney Cruise Line or its designated representatives.

Annex A

Disney Cruise Line Vacation Package Prize Description

Your Prize includes:

• All meals onboard the Disney Adventure (excluding specialty and fine dining);
• Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server; and
• Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website).

All costs and expenses not expressly stated above are excluded and solely your responsibility, including but not limited to:

• Travel insurance
• Laundry service
• Spa treatments
• Alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee)
• Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks)
• Local and long distance telephone calls
• Ship to shore communications including internet
• Merchandise and souvenirs
• Tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above
   

To utilise your Prize, you are required to make your travel booking by 17 July 2026. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion. Accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions may apply. Disney reserves the right to change the travel dates, cruise ship or any other component of the vacation package, for any reason and in its sole discretion. No substitution of vacation package or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Disney’s sole discretion. Ports of call, offerings and experiences onboard are subject to change, availability and cancellation without notice.

The components of your vacation package may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Each vacation package is non-commissionable.

Once your guest has been selected by you and confirmed in your travel itinerary, you will not be allowed to change or substitute your guest without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason. If you choose to bring less than the allotted number of guest(s), the vacation package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute vacation package or compensation provided to you.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is US$2,100. The actual value of the vacation may vary depending on the cruise date and fluctuations of foreign currency rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the vacation is less than stated ARV, you will not be entitled to the difference in value.

You will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the vacation package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the vacation package will be forfeited.

No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable). The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the vacation package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and you will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion.

You and your guest(s) are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. You and each of your guests are responsible for ensuring that they have proper citizenship documentation.

You and each of your guests will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. Each traveler will also be required to sign the Disney Cruise Line cruise contract before embarkation (the “Cruise Contract”). The Cruise Contract is available at https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/contracts-terms-safety/cruise-contract/singapore/. Failure to return the executed release form or to accept and sign the Cruise Contract within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the vacation package. You will be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their travel party, related to any use or misuse of the vacation package or any related activity or travel.

Health and safety measures and operational guidelines, ports of call and offerings may change at any time without notice. Certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure.

In the event you or any of your guests engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the vacation package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the vacation package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send you and/or your guests home with no further compensation. You shall be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.

Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.

Minors under the age of eighteen (18) not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Vacation Package. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Marina Bay Cruise Centre.

The vacation package is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Disney.

All applicable income taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use are your sole responsibility.
