Michelin Star Marguerite celebrates the abundance and exuberance of a new season with a new menu in the Flower Dome. Guests can now enjoy a special 4 course tasting menu at $188++ per person for weekend lunch and dinner on Sundays , Tuesdays to Thursdays.
Highlights include Smoked Eel with an oyster mousse pearl, sea succulents and smoked eel consommé and a delicate Morel Mushroom Custard adorned with wood grilled Bellor asparagus, snap peas and a wild garlic infused chicken jus. To finish, tomato and strawberry water laced Baba Rouge cake is paired with Japanese tomato and wild strawberry sorbet and cultured crème Chantilly.
7 course tasting menus are also available, Tuesdays to Sundays. All menus include canapes to start, mignardises to finish, spelt sourdough and coffee and tea.
*All Marguerite guests enjoy a complimentary limousine buggy service to and from the restaurant along with free access to the Flower Dome.
