Attraction Tickets

• Package must be redeemed within one month from date of purchase. Validity extensions will not be entertained.
• Both admission tickets to all listed attractions and shuttle service tickets in each package must be utilised on the date of redemption. Re-entry is not allowed.
• This package, or any of its included components, regardless used or unused, are non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered. 
• Tickets and vouchers may not be copied, resold or duplicated and may only be used once.
• Admission ticket is not valid for special events.
• Proof or residency is required to purchase tickets at Residents’ rate.
• Prevailing terms and conditions for Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, Floral Fantasy and Shuttle Service tickets apply.
• Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of this package/promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Admission to Gardens by the Bay is subject to Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and/or other appropriate locations of Gardens by the Bay.
• Gardens by the Bay is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage or loss you may incur, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
• Gardens by the Bay may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admission to the attraction/s due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.

F&B/ Retail Voucher

• F&B voucher can be used at Majestic Bay Seafood Restaurant or Satay by the Bay. GB Retail voucher can be used at GB Retail Shop or Conservatory Café.
• All Vouchers are valid for one month from date of package redemption. Re-validation or extension of validity is not allowed.
• The value of the voucher is fixed at a single denomination per voucher as listed in the product description, depending on the selected package, and cannot be altered.
• All Vouchers, regardless used or unused, in part or full, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered.
• Vouchers may not be copied, resold separately, or duplicated and may only be used once.
• Vouchers must be presented at the point of ordering and/or bill settlement. Any amount exceeding the Voucher’s value, must be settled in cash, credit card or any other payment method as allowed by the Merchants.
• Vouchers are valid for a single transaction only.
• Voucher usage cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
• Vouchers cannot be used for any online purchase at either of the Merchants’ website/e-shop.
• Gardens by the Bay, Majestic Bay Seafood Restaurant and Satay by the Bay reserve the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of the Vouchers at any time without prior notice.
