Students will learn about the reproduction of plants as they observe a range of animal-pollinated and wind-pollinated plants in Flower Dome.
They will learn:
- To identify the parts of a flower and state their functions
- About the process of pollination and fertilisation
- How to compare an insect-pollinated and a wind-pollinated flower
- How to apply the knowledge gained to real-life and hypothetical situations
- How to convey experiences and ideas with images and writing
