Closure of The Meadow and area near the Planet sculpture on Sun, 2 Aug 2026
The Meadow and the area near the Planet sculpture will be temporarily closed from 2.00pm to 4.30pm on Sun, 2 Aug 2026, in preparation for the Gardens by the Bay and Mediacorp National Day Concert. Entry will reopen from 4.30pm, subject to security screening. Higher visitor traffic is also expected along the Scented Walk.
Suspension of Audio Tour on 2 – 3 Aug 2026
Audio Tour services will be suspended on 2 – 3 Aug 2026 due to the Gardens by the Bay and MediaCorp National Day Concert. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

A section of the Flower Field at Flower Dome will be temporarily closed on Monday, 3 August 2026, from 9.00am to 11.00am. Other parts of Flower Dome will remain accessible.

For a better visiting experience and facilitate crowd movement, we seek your kind understanding that usage of tripods and camera stands will not be permitted in Floral Fantasy.
Bay South–Bay East Bridge Construction from 4 May 2026
To facilitate the construction of the bridge linking Bay South Garden and Bay East Garden, there will be no access for cyclists along the Waterfront Promenade from 4 May 2026. During the construction of the bridge, cyclists heading towards Marina Barrage are advised to take an alternative route around the perimeter of Bay South Garden. Pedestrians may still access the Waterfront Promenade, with a slight diversion to their route.

As your partner in Education, we welcome teachers to fulfil their Teacher Work Attachment (TWA) with us, to widen their perspective as they embark on this learning experience in the tourism industry.
Areas of Focus for Attachment
- Content development for school and / or public programmes - activities include research, design, writing and editorial work
- Manage, facilitate or conduct school and / or public programmes
Learning Objectives
- Develop and enhance creativity, problem-solving, decision-making, analytical and critical thinking skills, through the design and development of resources or programmes that appeal to various age groups and target audiences
- Develop resources that are able to assist teachers in conducting outdoor learning activities at Gardens by the Bay
- Effectively communicate with various stakeholders of GB e.g. designers, horticulturists, supervisors and other colleagues, through the development of individual projects
- Efficiently plan and manage timelines or work schedules, through the development of individual projects
