Development works at Bay East Garden from 24 Oct 2023. The promenade and area under the Benjamin Sheares Bridge will remain accessible to the public.

Find out how plants are beneficial to us
Children will have the opportunity to explore Flower Dome and Cloud Forest to learn about plants that are useful to humans and other living things. They will view plants such as baobabs, olive trees and bromeliads.
They will learn:
- How to differentiate between living and non-living things
- How to identify the different parts of a plant and understand their functions
- To describe the ways in which plants are used by humans and other living things
