How do we sign up/renew for the corporate membership?
Simply download the application form from our corporate membership website, gardensbythebay.com.sg/corporatefriends, and email the completed, duly-endorsed application form to email@example.com with the email subject header “Corporate Friends of the Gardens membership application (Company Name)”.
Please be reminded that to facilitate a smooth admission for cardholders to our attractions, applicants are required to ensure that your requested printed organisation name on your corporate membership card is consistent with your organisation’s name printed on your employee pass.
Upon successful sign-up/renewal, your company will be notified on the collection of your corporate membership card(s) at our Friends of the Gardens Centre. The Centre is open daily from 9.00am to 8.00pm.
How long is our corporate membership valid for?
Corporate membership is valid for one (01) year from the date of card issue.
What is the difference between sign-up and renewal?
A new sign-up is defined as where the applicant is either:
- Joining corporate membership for the first time or;
- A former corporate member who take up a membership again or;
- A current corporate member who is taking up a different membership package (i.e. from a 2-card package to a 3-card package, or vice versa).
A renewal is defined as where a current corporate member continues his/her existing corporate membership package for another year under the same membership package within the membership validity period.

What is the processing lead-time for getting our corporate membership card after we have sent in the application?
Estimated 7 – 14 working days upon successful payment received by Gardens by the Bay. For organisations under vendors@gov, it will take an estimated 7 – 14 days upon order confirmation in the vendors@gov system.
Can we change our membership package (e.g. 2-cards to 3-cards) in the middle of the membership validity period?
Change of membership packages are not permitted in the middle of the membership validity period. However, you can apply for a new membership package (which will start from the date of card issue for the new package).
We are holding 2-card package corporate membership (valid till 8 June the following year). Can we renew our corporate membership today to 3-card package corporate membership?
I am afraid you are not able to do so, as renewals can only be done for the same membership package (i.e. 2-card package renew to 2-card package). We would advise you to take up a 3-card package only after your current 2-card package expires. Alternatively, you may wish to take up a new 3-card package (which will take effect from day of card issue), which will run concurrently with your current 2-card package.
Can I transfer our corporate membership to another company?
Corporate membership card is non-transferable. Only the employee of the company registered under our corporate membership (based on printed company name on the corporate membership card) may enjoy the membership benefits. Having said so, please ensure that your requested printed organisation name on your corporate membership card is consistent with your organisation’s name printed on your employee pass at the point of membership application. Our admissions staff will allow entry after verification that the organisation name printed on the corporate membership card matches that of the organisation name printed on your employee pass.
Where is Friends of the Gardens Centre located?
The Friends of the Gardens Centre is located opposite the main Ticketing Hub, The Canopy. The Centre opens daily from 9am to 8pm.

How do we enjoy our corporate membership privileges at participating F&B outlets and gift shops at Gardens by the Bay?
Simply present your corporate membership card to the outlet staff at the point of payment. Do note that the discount privilege is only applicable to the corporate cardholder. Terms and conditions of the respective F&B outlets and gift shops apply.
Do corporate membership cardholders enjoy complimentary parking, auto-rider, outdoor Gardens audio tours and shuttle services?
Complimentary parking, auto rider, outdoor gardens audio tours and shuttle services are not part of the privileges for corporate membership. For more information on the privileges and entitlements of our corporate membership, click here.
How do we use the corporate membership card to enter Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway?
Both the corporate membership card and employee pass must be presented at the entrance of each of the ticketed attractions (Flower, Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway). Each card grants complimentary admission to the cardholder and up to 3 accompanying guests, once per ticketed attraction per day.
For a smooth admission to the ticketed attraction for your cardholder, please be reminded to ensure that your requested printed organisation name on your corporate membership card is consistent with the printed organisation name on your employee pass at the point of membership application.
Can we use the corporate membership card to enter the Flower Dome for an unlimited number of times in a day?
Each membership card can only be utilised once for each ticketed attraction per day.
I have brought along one corporate membership card. My 3 accompanying guests and I would like to exit one of the ticketed attraction (e.g. Flower Dome or Cloud Forest) for lunch and re-enter again. Are we able to do that?
Yes, you can. You can request our staff stationed at the exit of Flower Dome, Cloud Forest or OCBC Skyway for a re-entry stamp, which allows you and your guests unlimited re-entries to the same attraction for the day.
Some of our employees do not have an employee pass. What do we do?
To facilitate the visit to Gardens by the said staff without employee pass, your HR department can issue a temporary employee pass to the said employee. The said employee will need to present the corporate membership card, temporary employee pass and a photo ID to gain complimentary admission to our ticketed attractions (Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway).
Do you offer eCards or Corporate Letter scheme in place of a physical corporate membership card?
We do not offer eCards or Corporate Letter scheme under our Corporate Friends of the Gardens programme.
What payment modes do you accept?
Online payment, bank transfer, GIRO, cheque
What are the payment terms?
Full payment must be made before we are able to proceed to process/print your corporate membership cards. For organisations under vendors@gov, the payment terms under vendors@gov apply.
How do we check our corporate membership expiry date?
Your membership validity period is indicated at the back of your membership card.
When should we renew our corporate membership?
You can renew your membership any time before it expires. Your renewed membership will commence on the expiry date of your current membership.
How is the date of membership expiry determined when I sign up and renew my membership?
For new sign-ups, the membership expiry date will be one (01) year from the date of card issue. For renewals, the renewed membership expiry date will be one (01) year from the current membership expiry date.
We have renewed our corporate membership and have not collected our renewed cards. Can we still use our current membership cards?
Yes, you can use your current membership cards till the expiry date printed on the card. Please destroy the cards upon its expiry.
When will our corporate membership card be ready for collection?
It will take an estimated 7 – 14 working days upon successful payment received by Gardens by the Bay to create your membership account/cards. For organisations under vendors@gov, it will take an estimated 7 – 14 working days upon order confirmation in the vendors@gov system.
You should receive a card collection notification email from us upon successful processing of your application. Upon receipt of the email, please arrange to collect your membership cards at our Ticketing Hub (TA Counter) at The Canopy, opposite Friends of the Gardens Centre. Do bring along your company ID card and a copy of / show the email to our staff for verification. The Centre is open daily, from 9.00am – 8.00pm.
