*Admission to OCBC Skyway is subject to weather conditions such as rain or lightning risks. For affected visits, visitors will be ushered to our latest attraction – Supertree Observatory. 

Smart Tracking works by using GPS location data and Bluetooth to effectively locate you only within Gardens by the Bay. Visitors are encouraged to download the Gardens by the Bay Mobile App and activate the Smart Tracking function. An advantage of using Smart Tracking is that it helps to map the crowd situation in various parts of the Gardens. As more visitors activate this function, visitors will be able to find out the crowd situation in the enclosed attractions and selected outdoor areas of the Gardens while using the app, thereby enabling visitors to better plan their itineraries at the Gardens.

Booking of time slot is no longer required for those who have already purchased their tickets. Please present the original ticket to our admission staff to gain entry to the attraction.

ASA cardholders can present their ASA card at the Ticketing Counters at The Canopy to redeem complimentary admission tickets—valid for Cloud Forest until 28 May 2025, and for Supertree Observatory from 29 May 2025 onwards—as well as to purchase tickets at a discounted rate.

Redemption of a physical ticket is required to gain entry to the attraction. Tickets can be redeemed at the Ticketing Counters at The Canopy from 9.00am to 8.00pm. 

For Corporate Membership Cardholders, please present your corporate membership card (or corporate letter) and employee pass at the attractions' entrance, for complimentary admission to our Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway. 

As part of the Gardens by the Bay's Gift of Gardens community outreach initiative, complimentary admission to the conservatories is extended to beneficiaries from eligible Social Service Agencies, as well as PA, PwD, DDR, and CARA cardholders. Up to two accompanying Singapore Resident caregivers can enjoy 50% off admission tickets. Cardholders can present their card on the day of visit at the Main Ticketing Office (Counter 4) to redeem tickets for Flower Dome & Cloud Forest.
