Immerse in the vibrant, tropical island atmosphere at the Supertree Grove as it transforms into a Stitch-themed outdoor carnival with interactive installations inspired by key moments from Disney’s Lilo & Stitch!
Embrace the ‘ohana spirit as you join us on an adventure with Stitch and discover the importance of family, love, and friendship through play at the Supertree Grove at Gardens by the Bay from 24 May to 15 June 2025.
Admission is free and Children’s Festival is open to the public from 10.00am – 9.00pm.
Note: The Lilo & Stitch themed installations will close at 7.00pm.
Children’s Festival 2025 is a Stitch-themed outdoor carnival. Families can look forward to large-scale installations, play areas and more activities inspired by Disney’s Lilo & Stitch, whose live-action reimagining opens in cinemas on May 22. An experience for the whole family, Children’s Festival hopes for children to discover friendship and family, while learning to embrace and accept themselves for who they are.
Weekend Performances
Catch The Great Island Series for a whirlwind performance of dance, games and silliness galore. Fancy joining in a dance with moves like the Alien Bounce only to be frozen in your tracks by the sudden appearance of Coconuts?! How about judging the ever-so-serious game of Balancing the Banana and taking part in The Great Pineapple Toss? That’s right, it’s performance and participation with a heap of sunshine and super wild fun! Ride the waves of endless glee where everyone is in!
Craft Workshops
Join us for a range of workshops to dive into the world of creativity and plants! The young and young at heart can learn about plants and let your artistic and curious sides take over during the sessions. Separate charges may apply for these activities.
Carnival
Try your hand at the exciting games in the fun-filled Stitch-themed Carnival with games inspired by both space and island settings! There is no shortage of fun to be had here. Charges for carnival games apply.
Retail Pop-up
Bring home an array of Lilo & Stitch themed products including special items that are exclusive to Children’s Festival at the retail pop-up located along the North Colonnade.
Garden Rhapsody - The Way to ‘Ohana
Join us after dark at the Supertree Grove and be dazzled by "The Way to 'Ohana", a special edition of the Garden Rhapsody, inspired by Disney’s Lilo & Stitch.

Children’s Festival is predominantly held at the Supertree Grove, Gardens by the Bay.
Be sustainable! As large crowds are expected, it is highly encouraged to use public transport to get to Gardens by the Bay. The nearest MRT station is Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16) Exit B via the Circle Line or Downtown Line and Gardens by the Bay MRT station (TE22) via Thomson East-Coast Line.

Yes, our light and sound show Garden Rhapsody takes place daily at 7.45pm and 8.45pm.
During this period, the theme is “The Way to ‘Ohana”. Immerse yourself in the stunning display of lights as the Supertrees illuminate and change colours in tune with familiar songs from the Lilo & Stitch soundtrack.
Children’s Festival is a rain-or-shine event. However, in the event of inclement weather, we advise visitors to take shelter and experience the event when the rain has stopped.

All workshops are family friendly and best suited for children aged 3 to 12 years old except for Plants on the Move! where the recommended age is from 7 to 12 years old.

Pets are permitted at the Outdoor Gardens as per visiting guidelines by Gardens by the Bay. However, please keep the dogs on a leash and muzzle dog breeds specified under the Animals & Birds (Dog Licensing & Control) Rules. Do clean up after your dogs and dispose of all waste in a hygienic manner.
Food and drinks are not available at Children’s Festival. However, various dining options are available at the Gardens.
Visitors are encouraged to bring refillable water bottles to stay hydrated by making use of the bottle-filling station located at the Supertree Grove.
Most activities are wheelchair-friendly. If you require assistance or have specific accessibility needs, please do not hesitate to approach our event crew stationed at various points. They will be more than happy to assist you and ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at our event.
