Traffic Advisory for 2XU Compression Run 2026 on Sun, 5 Apr 2026

Large crowds are expected along Skyline Promenade (Bay East Garden) on Sun, 5 Apr 2026, from 5.00am - 9.00am for 2XU Compression Run 2026.

Change of Entrance for Far East Organization Children’s Garden from 26 Mar 2026

In anticipation of the upcoming works for Bay South-East bridge, the current entrance for Far East Organization Children’s Garden along the Waterfront Promenade will be closed. From 26 March 2026, please use the new entrance located near the Sun Pavilion.

Bay South–Bay East Bridge Construction in Q2 2026

To facilitate the construction of the bridge linking Bay South Garden and Bay East Garden, there will be no access for cyclists along the waterfront promenade from Q2 2026. The exact implementation date will be announced at least two weeks in advance. During the construction of the bridge, cyclists heading toward Marina Barrage are advised to take an alternative route around the perimeter of Bay South Garden. Pedestrians may still access the waterfront promenade, with a slight diversion to their route.
