An Invitation to the Gardens by the Bay Christmas Train Show

We are pleased to invite you to the launch of the Gardens by the Bay Christmas Train Show on Sunday, 23 November 2025, 10.00am.

Embark on a festive intercontinental voyage at the Gardens by the Bay Christmas Train Show – a tribute to the enduring charm of America’s holiday train shows. Journey from the snow-dusted landscapes of America to magical Denmark, before arriving at the familiar skylines of Singapore – all connected by one of the most beloved symbols of Christmas nostalgia: the train.

Presented in partnership with the Embassy of the United States of America in Singapore, the second edition of the display unfolds on a grander scale. Set amidst a lush landscape of over 6,000 plants, nearly 20 trains traverse 145 metres of tracks within the Flower Dome, winding through bridges, tunnels, and overhead trails, past miniatures of American icons such as the Statue of Liberty, Grand Central Terminal, and Golden Gate Bridge. Towering luminaries, a hallmark of the Gardens’ year-end festive displays, cast a warm glow over the entire scene.

In celebration of SG60, the showcase also features a distinctly local segment. Created in partnerships with SMRT, a custom-built G-scale train featuring the upcoming 2026 livery journeys past handcrafted models of local landmarks, made from recycled Singapore wood by local artisans. Towering luminaries, a hallmark of the Gardens’ year-end festive displays, cast a warm glow over the scene.

Also, explore large-scale train cabin recreations that offer immersive photo opportunities and marvel at a 6.5-metre LEGO recreation of Nyhavn – Denmark’s iconic harbourfront – that adds a whimsical touch to the festive tableau.
