Your membership is tied to the mobile number of the main cardholder. For Family/Family Plus memberships, please renew using the mobile number of the main cardholder.
Upon membership renewal, a renewed validity of your registered vehicle details (car plate and IU number) will be updated into our parking system.

- Applicable for valid members only, who renew a 1-Year, All-Days Friends of the Gardens (Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway) membership within one month before their membership expiry date.
- Eligible members can simply log-on to membership account on Gardens by the Bay mobile app and select “Renew Membership". No promo code is required to enjoy the promotion.
- Not valid for memberships which have expired.
- Not valid for Flower Dome Only membership categories.
- “Renewal” as defined under the terms and conditions of Friends of the Gardens programme apply.
- Promotion is valid till 31 December 2025 for eligible valid members.
- Valid for all 1-Year, All-Days (Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway) membership categories and applicable only for renewal under the same membership category.
- Valid only for online renewals and eCards are issued only.
