About SingapoRediscovers Vouchers (SRV)

What are the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers (SRV)?

The SRV are credits that Singapore citizens can spend on hotels stays, attractions tickets and/or tours, to encourage Singaporeans to support our tourism businesses.

When can I start using my SRV?

You can use them from 1 December 2020 to 31 December 2021.

Which booking platforms can I use the SRV to purchase Gardens by the Bay tickets from?

  1. You can use the SRV directly on Gardens by the Bay’s online ticketing site at https://ticket.gardensbythebay.com.sg

  2. SingapoRediscover Voucher (SRV) is not accepted on Mobile App.

  3. You can also purchase the Gardens’ tickets from any of the 5 authorised booking platforms below:

Which Gardens by the Bay attraction tickets can I purchase with the SRV?

You may use the SRV on selected attractions listed on the Gardens' ticketing site: https://ticket.gardensbythebay.com.sg/. The eligible items are labelled with the SRV logo.

Can I use my SRV to purchase Friends of the Gardens membership or items in the Gardens' retail shops and dining outlets?

  1. No. The SRV cannot be used for membership purchase/renewal, or products in our e-shop.

  2. The SRV can only be spent on services and attractions listed on the Gardens’ online ticketing site: https://ticket.gardensbythebay.com.sg, or the 5 online booking platforms.

Redemption Process

How can I use SRV to pay for Gardens by the Bay tickets?

  1. Have your SingPass ready. Citizens are encouraged to register for a SingPass account if they do not have one, or reset their SingPass password if they have forgotten it, before the scheme commences on 1 Dec 2020.

  2. Choose your products. Browse the websites of SingapoRediscovers Vouchers authorised booking partners. Eligible products are marked with the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers icon.

  3. Add your item(s) to the shopping cart. To pay, click “Use SingapoRediscovers Vouchers” at the checkout page to go to go.gov.sg/srvbalance.

  4. Login with SingPass. Log in to choose the amount of SingapoRediscovers Vouchers you want to use and also to activate child subsidies if applicable.

  5. Select Voucher amount to use and activate child subsidies. If you are purchasing child tickets, please declare details of any family members aged 3 to 12 years old. You will then receive $10 subsidies for up to six child tickets. 

  6. Use the generated Voucher code. Copy and paste it on the checkout page, and pay the outstanding amount (if any).

  7. Complete the checkout process within 10 minutes. Your Vouchers are only deducted after you have completed the booking. 

  8. [For visitors who booked through the 5 booking platforms]

    1. Visit http://ticket.gardensbythebay.com.sg to book a time slot after you receive the booking confirmation.

    2. When you are at the Gardens, present both your time slot booking and e-ticket received from the platform together at the admission of the attractions.

I purchased a ticket through one of the online platforms. Why do I need to go to the Gardens’ website separately to book a time slot?

To ensure safe distancing and better crowd regulation, all visitors to Gardens by the Bay are required to pre-book their visit date and time at http://ticket.gardensbythebay.com.sg or via the Gardens by the Bay app before visiting.

How will the child ticket subsidy be applied on the Gardens’ website? Any promo code needed?

  1. If you are purchasing child tickets, please declare details of any family members aged 3 to 12 years old. You will then receive $10 subsidies for up to six child tickets.

  2. The discount will be reflected on the checkout page, and you do not need to enter another promo code for the subsidised child rates.

  3. If you do not want to utilise your Child Subsidy, please purchase the Child ticket in a separate transaction.

  4. All visitors aged 13 to 59 years old will need an Adult ticket.

Ticketing

Is there a cap on no. of tickets I can buy with the SRV?

Our ticketing system allows a maximum of 8 tickets per transaction, in line with the regulation under Phase 3 of Singapore's reopening, as groups are limited to 8 pax.

How long is the validity of tickets purchased using SRV?

Our ticket validity is 30 days.

Can I reschedule the tickets purchased using SRV? How may I do so?

Yes, you may visit https://ticket.gardensbythebay.com.sg/reschedule to reschedule your tickets.

Do I get any change if my SRV credit is more than the ticket I want to purchase?

No change will be given. Please ensure that you key in just the right amount of credits before purchasing the tickets.

Can I use my SRV to purchase a ticket to the conservatories dated after the SRV’s expiry date?

No, the SRV usage and visit date need to be before 31 December 2021.

Admission

Can I enter attractions directly after receiving my booking confirmation from the 5 online booking platforms?

After receiving your booking confirmation from the online platforms, please proceed to ticket.gardensbythebay.com.sg book a time slot on the Gardens’ online ticketing site. Present both your time slot booking and e-ticket received from the platform together at the admission of the attractions.

Do I need to present identification to use my tickets purchased with SRV?

Random checks for proof of residency may be conducted.

Is re-entry allowed with tickets purchased using SRV?

For better crowd management, admission is timed and re-entry is not allowed.
