Get Crafty! – Carnival of Flowers Tiara
by Happy Hands Can
Get into the celebratory mood of Toowoomba’s Carnival of Flowers and create your own flower tiara.
Participants will get to showcase their DIY vibrant-coloured head gear as they stroll through the floral display admiring the delicate blooms of springtime Down Under!
Materials include wire, an assortment of fabric flowers and leaves.

Important Information:
- Onsite registration only. Slots are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
- This activity is suitable for all ages, from children, and adults to seniors. Children below 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to amend any programme without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

- Payment onsite to be made via cash or PayNow, directly to the organiser.
