Join us as a Guide

Gardens by the Bay is running a series of Nature and Sustainability Tours to raise awareness on climate change, sustainability features and biodiversity in the Gardens. If you are interested to guide, kindly fill in the form.

Training is conducted for 2 routes at a time. Please note that all guides must be able to attend the (i) combined training on 6 Jan as well as the (ii) training for either set of 2 routes, comprising (a) online training, (b) on- site training, (c) mock-up run by guides and (d) assessment of guiding full route to public.

We will confirm and allocate the sessions for assessment based on your indicated availability, by 6 Jan 2023.

Please elaborate if you have any experience in guiding for nature tours (e.g. nature tours in parks), about plants and/or on the topic of sustainability/climate change.

As part of the training, each guide will have to prepare for and do a mock-up demonstration of 2 allocated stations of the tour. Which date are you available to attend for the mock-up for Routes 1 and 2 (Urban Wetlands, Carbon and Climate)?

If you are keen to attend training on for Routes 3 and 4 (Seeds and Senses, Biodiversity and Ecosystems), please indicate if you are available to attend both the online training on 30 Jan 2023,  2.30pm – 4.30pm and on-site training on 31 Jan 2023, 8.45am - 11.45am.

To qualify as a paid guide for Gardens by the Bay, all trained guides have to pass the assessment by running a full tour route for members of public.  

Pls indicate your availability for the assessment. We will allocate a slot after consolidating everyone's availability.
