Why do I need to book a time slot?
To ensure safe distancing and for better crowd regulation, all members are required to book an entry time slot online or via Gardens by the Bay Mobile App and to visit the attraction during the selected time slot. This will help to create a safer environment for all.
Can I use my physical membership card to enter the attraction?
For better crowd management in our attraction and to provide a contactless entry for members, Friends of the Gardens members will be required to book a time slot and use the e-Card to enter the attraction until further notice.
How many time slots can I book?
Members are allowed only one active booking at any one time. This is to allow more members to visit during this period. If you would like to book another time slot, please utilise the booked time slot before proceeding with another booking.
How many people can visit the attraction for each booking made?
If you are an Individual, Student/Child or Senior card holder, only 1 visitor is allowed for each time slot. For Family or Family Plus members, you can have up to 5 visitors for each time slot. All visitors must be Friends of the Gardens members.
How can I change my visit timeslot?
Please email email@example.com if you need to make changes to the time slot. Any request to change time slots is subject to availability and should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
Why am I not able to access “My Membership Card” section when I click on the “Friends” icon?
It is likely that the email address or mobile number given during membership registration differs from the email address or mobile number used to login online or in the Gardens by the Bay Mobile App. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, membership card number, and your updated mobile number. Upon updating your new email address or mobile number in the system within 1 working day, you will be able to access the “Friends” section online or in the Mobile App.
Why do I see multiple accounts in the “My Membership Card” section?
Main cardmembers of Family and Family Plus memberships will be able to see multiple e-Cards of supplementary members under the same Family or Family Plus membership. You can update the supplementary members’ particulars online or via the Mobile App. Thereafter, the supplementary members access their own e-Card online or via the Mobile App.
How do I enjoy the complimentary 2-hour parking?
Please update your vehicle number and IU number online or via the Gardens by the Bay Mobile App. For those who are accessing via the Mobile App, please launch the app on your mobile phone, click on the “Friends” icon, followed by “My Membership Card” and “Account Settings” to input your vehicle and IU numbers. Please allow us at least 5 working days to process the update in our car park system. You can still collect car park coupons from Friends of the Gardens Centre from now till 31 July 2020. Thereafter, the 2 hour complimentary parking will be accorded via the IU number registered in our system.
How do I sign up for Friends of Gardens membership?
You can sign up for the Friends of Gardens membership online or via the Gardens by the Bay Mobile App. If you are accessing via the Mobile App, please relaunch the app upon completion, click on the “Friends” icon to gain access to your membership e-Card details.
Can I sign up Friends of the Gardens membership onsite?
As part of the safety measures implemented, Friends of the Gardens membership sign- ups are strictly done online or through the Gardens by the Bay Mobile App only. If you are accessing via the Mobile App, download Gardens by the Bay Mobile App from either Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign up for membership in the Mobile App.
