General Terms & Conditions of Friends of the Gardens Corporate membership
Corporate membership is only open to organisations.
Each Corporate Friends of the Gardens Card (“Card”) entitles the company’s employee and up to 3 accompanying guests complimentary admission to Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway, except during maintenance closure dates and special circumstance(s) as stipulated by Gardens by the Bay (“GB”), and each Corporate Card can only be utilised once per ticketed attraction per day. For events that are ticketed, admission fees will apply.
Each Cardholder can enjoy discounts at Gardens by the Bay Gift Shops and participating F&B outlets indicated on our website (not applicable for Birthday Privileges).
Corporate membership privileges does not include complimentary car parking, auto rider, outdoor gardens audio tours and shuttle service. Not applicable for ticketing promotions and giveaways, unless otherwise stated.
Corporate FoG membership comprises either a 2-card package or 3-card package, and the corresponding number of cards will be issued accordingly.
Corporate Friends of the Gardens (FoG) membership is valid for one (01) year from date of card issue to the company. Corporate members can renew their membership any time within their membership validity period, and the renewed 1-year membership will commence from the current expiry date of their existing membership. For Corporate members who wish to change their membership package (e.g. 2-card to 3-card package), please sign up for the new package after your current membership package expires.
All new sign-up and renewal applications must be accompanied by a duly-completed and endorsed Corporate Friends of the Gardens membership application form, and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the email subject header "Corporate Friends of the Gardens Membership Application (Company Name)". For smooth admission for cardholders to our attractions, applicants are required to ensure that your requested printed organisation name on your corporate membership card is consistent with your organisation’s name printed on your employee pass.
Applications will not be processed if the application form or required information is incomplete.
Physical corporate membership cards will be issued. Organisations are required to arrange for self-collection of their corporate membership cards at our Redemption Centre.
Both the Corporate FoG card and Employee Pass/Identification must be presented to enjoy complimentary admission to Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway.
The Card is issued by Gardens by the Bay and remains the property of Gardens by the Bay. An administrative fee of S$10 (inclusive of the prevailing GST rate) shall be levied on loss/replacement of the Card.
Corporate FoG membership card is non-transferable to other company or other company’s employees. Only employees of the registered company reflected on the Card may enjoy the membership benefits.
Membership fees shall be paid in full and are strictly non-refundable.
Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to request for official identification with the Card for verification and entry to Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway.
Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to reject any membership application or renewal, to suspend or terminate a membership without liability or refund, and to withdraw any programme at any time.
Gardens by the Bay will not be held responsible for any injuries, damage/loss or property(ies) when members visit Gardens by the Bay.
Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of the discounts, promotions, benefits and terms and conditions without prior notice. Please refer to our website for the latest updates.
