Avatar: The Experience is an immersive walk-through event, which will transform Cloud Forest into a truly interactive and completely new experience at the Cloud Forest based on the global blockbuster film AVATAR, a collaboration between Cityneon Holdings, Disney Location-Based Experiences, and James Cameron and Jon Landaus’s Lightstorm Entertainment.

From 2 September 2022, members can get the Avatar: The Experience Unlimited e-Pass at $15 for unlimited visits to Avatar: The Experience (U.P. $27 per entry).

2. The Avatar: The Experience Unlimited e-Pass must be accompanied by a valid 1-Year All-Days Friends of the Gardens (Flower Dome, Cloud Forest & OCBC Skyway) membership, and will be void upon the expiry of the Friends of the Gardens membership or the Avatar: The Experience e-pass, whichever is earlier.
3. Applicable to 1-Year, All-Days Friends of the Gardens (Flower Dome, Cloud Forest & OCBC Skyway) and 6-Month, Weekday Friends of the Gardens members only. Terms & Conditions apply.
4. Rate is applicable to Adult, Child and Senior.

As at 2 Sep 2022, the FOG membership will now include complimentary admission to Flower Dome, Floral Fantasy (instead of Cloud Forest) and OCBC Skyway during the event period from 28 October 2022 to 30 June 2023.  In addition, the membership cardholders will also enjoy complimentary weekday shuttle service (excluding Public Holidays, limited to two rides per day per eligible cardholder only) during the event period from 28 October 2022 to 30 June 2023. Note that this membership does not allow complimentary entry into Cloud Forest during the event period.

No, this is a very special arrangement between Gardens by the Bay and event partner to bring greater value to our members. It is available exclusively for Friends of the Gardens Members, excluding Friends of the Gardens (Flower Dome only).

Yes, we are in the midst of working with the Event Partner to bring more benefits for our Friends of the Gardens (Flower Dome only) members.

For the convenience of Family and Family Plus members, we have made available two Avatar: The Experience Unlimited e-Pass packages, namely:

1. Avatar: The Experience Unlimited e-Pass (Individual)
2. Avatar: The Experience Unlimited e-Pass (Family)

Each Friends of the Gardens, Family / Family Plus main and sub-members can log into their account and purchase Avatar: The Experience Unlimited e-Pass (Individual) individually. Each Family/ Family Plus members will be able to access their e-pass by signing in to their main / sub-members’ account.

Alternatively, Family / Family Plus main member can purchase Avatar: The Experience Unlimited e-Pass (Family) for all the members listed in the accompanied membership. This e-Pass is only accessible in the main card holder account and accessed only by the main card holder.

Friends of the Gardens (Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway) members need to present their membership e-cards at the entrance of Cloud Forest to gain access to Avatar: The Experience.

Members will need to present their valid Friends of the Gardens membership e-cards at the gantry to gain admission.

Each Avatar: The Experience Unlimited e-Pass must be accompanied by a valid Friends of the Gardens (Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway) membership and is valid from 28 October 2022 to 30 June 2023 or till the expiry date of the accompanied Friends of the Gardens membership, whichever is earlier.

Members will need to renew their membership to continue to enjoy complimentary visit to Avatar: The Experience in Cloud Forest, till 30 June 2023.

For example, if the Friends of the Gardens membership expires before the expiry date of Avatar: The Experience Unlimited e-Pass, then this member will not be able to continue enjoying unlimited admission to Avatar: The Experience after the Friends of the Gardens membership expires.

You can purchase the Avatar: The Experience Unlimited e-Pass (Weekday) if you hold a valid 6-Month Weekday Friends of the Gardens membership when you make the purchase and during the event period between 28 October 2022 to 30 June 2023. Please note that the Unlimited e-Pass will expire on 30 June 2023 or on the expiry date of your weekday membership, whichever is earlier. 

Alternatively, you may choose to sign up a new 1-Year, All-Days Friends of the Gardens (Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway) membership and purchase the Unlimited e-Pass with your new membership account.
