FAQ - Autumn Season Pass


Purchase-related matters

Enjoy up to 3 months of unlimited access to Flower Dome and Cloud Forest with our Autumn Special Pass! In addition, enjoy exclusive retail and dining privileges during your visit at the Gardens.

The Autumn Special Pass is priced at $20 per adult, $12 per child, and $15 per senior. There are currently no family passes.

Purchase your Autumn Special Passes on our Gardens by the Bay Mobile App or website from 26 Aug 2021.

Available from 26 August to 12 September 2021 on our Gardens by the Bay Mobile App and website, the Autumn Special Pass allows you to enjoy unlimited visits to our Flower Dome and Cloud Forest between 1 September and 30 November 2021. Our onsite ticketing counters remain closed until further notice.

The Autumn Special Pass is priced at $20 per adult, $12 per child, and $15 per senior. There are currently no family passes.

As the Autumn Special Pass is unique to each visitor, only one pass may be purchased in a single transaction.

To purchase multiple Autumn Special Passes, you may wish to log out of the account for the first purchase, and then proceed to our Gardens by the Bay Mobile App or website.

The Autumn Special Pass is valid for visits any day between 1 Sep and 30 Nov 2021.

In planning your visit to the Gardens, please take note of the closure dates of our attractions.

The SingapoRediscover Vouchers (SRV) are not accepted as the mode of payment for the Autumn Special Pass.

Children below 3 years old enjoy complimentary access to our ticketed attractions, and no time slot booking is required for them.

Our Autumn Special Passes are categorised according to the visitor’s birthdate. Thus, if you have not passed your birthdate at the point of purchase, you will require an Adult Autumn Special Pass.

Singapore Residents include Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Work Permit, Employment Pass and Dependent Pass holders. Hence, you may also enjoy the privileges of the Autumn Special Pass as well.

We wish to share that the Autumn Special Passes are non-transferable. 

You may purchase the passes on behalf of your family and friends. However, they will be required to sign up for their own accounts on our Gardens by the Bay Mobile App or website before they may book time slots for their visits.

While the Autumn Special Pass is not a Friends of the Gardens membership, pass holders enjoy the same retail and dining privileges. However, complimentary parking is not included for Autumn Special Pass holders.

Enjoy more savings and even more privileges by joining us as a Friends of the Gardens after your Autumn Special Pass expires! More information on our membership plans is available on our website.

While the Autumn Special Pass is not a Friends of the Gardens membership, pass holders enjoy the same retail and dining privileges.

 

We regret to share that we do not have the option to convert the Autumn Special Pass to a Friends of the Gardens membership. Should you wish to join us as a Friend of the Gardens now, we may refund your the Autumn Special Pass. Please write to us at feedback@gardensbythebay.com.sg with the following details:

Please note that the refund will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks of processing upon receiving the requested details. In the meantime, you may sign up for our Friends of the Gardens membership in a new transaction from our Gardens by the Bay Mobile App or website.

We regret to share that we do not have the option to convert single-entry admission tickets to the Autumn Special Pass.

However, we may refund your admission tickets. Please note that we are not able to offer refunds for tickets purchased with the SingapoRediscover Vouchers (SRV). In accordance to SRV guidelines, the SRV cannot be used for purchase of membership programmes and passes.

Account registration

Upon successful purchase, an email confirmation and text message will also be sent to you. To access the registration portal, simply click on the link given in the text message and login with your mobile number on our website.

Alternatively, you may download our Gardens by the Bay Mobile App to access your Autumn Special Pass with your mobile number under the “Friends” section.

You may wish to visit www.friends.gardensbythebay.com.sg to login to your account and book a time slot.

You may wish to register an account that shares your own mobile number for family members who face difficulties in this process.

Autumn Special Passes registered to the same mobile number will appear on the same account, allowing easy access to features and time slot booking. You may also book a time slot for up to 5 persons.

Kindly present the Autumn Special Passes and the time slot booking for your party at the entrance of the conservatories for verification on the day of your visit.

It is likely that the mobile number given during registration differs from the mobile number used to login to the mobile app or website.

Please kindly email us at feedback@gardensbythebay.com.sg with your full name, pass ID, and your updated mobile number. Once we update your new mobile number in the system, you will be able to gain access to your account on the mobile app or website.

A profile image of the Autumn Special Pass holder is required in order for you to register your account and make a booking for a timeslot.

Random checks are conducted at the entrance of the conservatories, and a profile image of yourself will help facilitate a smoother experience in accessing the attractions.



Time slot booking

Upon successful account registration on our Gardens by the Bay Mobile App or website, Autumn Special Pass holders can book a time slot under “Book a visit”.

Kindly note that time slots are only available for booking 10 days in advance. You may have up to 2 active bookings at any one time.

In planning your visit to the Gardens, please take note of the closure dates of our attractions.

Upon logging into your account on the mobile app, tap on “Friends”. You can then view your time slot bookings under “My Bookings”. Users of our website can view your bookings directly under “My Bookings”.

Alternatively, you may check your inbox for email confirmation of your time slot booking.

Please cancel and re-book a time slot for your visit. 

To cancel your time slot booking on your mobile app, please proceed to “My Bookings”, and tap on “Cancel” on the booking to be cancelled.

Users of our website can access your bookings directly under “My Bookings”.

All visitors must book a time slot prior to their visit to the Gardens. By pre-booking your visit date and time, it allows us to ensure social distancing and better crowd regulation.

Accessibility

In addition to your Autumn Special e-Pass, you will be required to present a time slot booking for your visit.

Please also bring along a proof of identification (e.g. NRIC/FIN, Work Permit, etc.) on your visit to the Gardens, as random checks will be conducted at the entrance to the conservatories.

Re-entry to our attractions is currently not allowed, as part of our crowd control measures at the Gardens. You may wish to book a new time slot for entry into the conservatories.



Safe management measures at The Gardens

To make our indoor gardens a place of wellness during this period, we have in place new visiting guidelines that are in accordance to government regulations. These include timed-entry tickets, mask-wearing at all times even during photo-taking, temperature screening, and safe distancing.
