Garden Admission

Access to the Outdoor Gardens in Bay South is free.

Tickets to the Cooled Conservatories and OCBC Skyway may be purchased at the Ticketing Hub. Admission rates are as follows:

Getting to Gardens by the Bay is easy. Whether you’re driving or coming by public transport, we’ve enclosed detailed information for you.

From the Helix Bridge towards the Art Science Museum:
Follow the footpath which leads under the ECP, that will bring you directly into Bay South Garden along the waterfront.

From Marina Bay Sands:
Walk across the overhead bridge (Lions Bridge) located at Marina Bay Sands Hotel (open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM), or take the underground linkway via Bayfront station (Exit B).

Train & Bus

Via the Circle Line or Downtown Line:

  • Alight at Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16)
  • Take Exit B and follow the underground linkway
  • Exit and cross the Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge into Gardens by the Bay

Via the East-West Line:

  • Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15)
  • Take Exit C and head towards the bus stop 03223 located at International Plaza, Anson Road
  • Hop onto bus service 400 and alight at bus stop 03371 along Marina Gardens Drive

From East Coast Parkway (ECP) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) in the direction towards the city:

  • Continue onto Marina Coastal Expressway
  • Take Exit 3 onto Central Boulevard
  • Turn right into Marina Gardens Drive

From Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) in the direction towards the city:

  • Continue onto Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE)
  • Take Exit 2 onto Central Boulevard
  • Turn right at Marina Gardens Drive 

From Ophir Road

  • Head towards Sheares Ave
  • Exit onto Marina Boulevard
  • Turn left to Marina Gardens Drive

Free Lunchtime Parking 

Enjoy free parking at any of the three car parks on weekdays (except on Public Holidays) between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

The management at Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to amend the terms of this promotion at any time.

Getting Around

Shuttle Service

Hop on our Shuttle Service to easily get around the Bay South Gardens at only $2 for 2 rides. Tickets can be purchased on board or at shuttle stops (cash payment in small denomination only).

Outdoor Gardens Audio Tour

Cupid Ride - Wedding Photography

Planning a wedding shoot at Gardens by the Bay? Don't sweat the small stuff and book a buggy at $298 and rove around in comfort as you find the perfect spot to capture your lifetime memories. 

- Price includes 3 conservatories adult tickets
- Service available on weekdays only, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 3 working days advance booking required
- Complete the booking form and email to; a confirmation email will be sent

Taxi stand is located at the Main Gate entrance
Bicycle parking is available at racks located around Bay South Garden. Please refer to the Gardens Map for detail locations.
Lockers ($1 - $3) are available for use at the Golden Garden (near Cafe Crema) and The Canopy (beside Visitor Services Centre)
Strollers are available for rent from 9:00 AM daily on a first-come-first-served basis. Last rental at 8:00 PM, and strollers must be returned by 9:00 PM
First aid services are available at the Visitor Services Centre
ATM cash withdrawal is available at The Canopy
Free WiFi (wireless@SG) is available at The Canopy, Supertree Grove and The Meadow


The Gardens is wheelchair-friendly, with special ramps, lifts and barrier-free routes incorporated in its design. Wheelchairs can be rented at Visitor Information Counters located at Visitor Centre and The Canopy, from 9:00 AM daily for $2 per day. Last rental is at 8:00 PM, and wheelchairs must be returned by 9:00 PM. Should you require any assistance, kindly approach a member of our staff. Please refer to the Gardens Map for detailed barrier free routes.

Visiting Guidelines

The following are a few of the basic rules to ensure the most pleasurable experience possible at the Gardens.

Plant Life in the Gardens

Respect the plants. Please do not pluck, stomp on, damage any plant life or attempt to climb any tree. If you see something amiss, please approach our staff.

Littering in the Gardens

Littering is prohibited by law in Singapore and is subject to a fine. Please keep the Gardens clean by disposing all litter in the designated bins provided.

Mobility Aids in the Gardens

Wheelchairs (including motorized ones) and seated mobility scooters are allowed at the Gardens.

Picnic in the Gardens

Picnics at most parts of the Gardens, with the exception of the Conservatories, is permitted. No picnic furniture is allowed throughout the Gardens.

Food and Drinks consumption in the Conservatories

Food and drinks are prohibited in the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.

BBQ in the Gardens

BBQ is prohibited on the grounds of the Gardens.

Dogs in the Gardens

Dogs are permitted to the outdoor gardens, but not into the Conservatories, OCBC Skyway and the Children's Garden (with the exception of guide dogs). Please keep the dogs on a leash and muzzle dog breeds specified under the Animals & Birds (Dog Licensing & Control) Rules. Do clean up after your dogs and dispose of all waste in a hygienic manner.

Smoking in the Gardens

The Gardens is smoke-free.


Cycling in the Gardens

Bicycles/tricycles, roller skates, skateboards, scooters are prohibited in the Gardens. If you are cycling to Bay South Gardens, please secure your bike at the bike stands available and enjoy the Gardens on foot. Cycling is permitted along the waterfront promenade in Bay South and the perimeter of Bay East Interim Garden.

Kite flying, swimming and fishing in the Gardens

Kite flying (including remote-controlled kites), swimming and fishing are prohibited throughout the Gardens.

Remote-Controlled Aerial Devices

To ensure the safety and privacy of our visitors, the use of remote-controlled aerial cameras, planes, helicopters and other similar devices are not allowed in the Gardens.

Filming & Photography in the Gardens

Filming and photography for your personal memories is welcome. For commercial filming and photography, prior approval is necessary. Kindly download and complete a request form with prevailing Terms & Conditions, and submit to 14 days in advance for evaluation.

Organised Activities in the Gardens

To ensure the best experience for all visitors, organised activities in the Gardens is prohibited unless a prior approval is obtained.
