Learning Outcomes

    • Appreciate that plants reproduce for survival and continuity of species
    • Identify the parts of the plant transport system and describe their functions
    • Understand the factors that affect the survival of plants and appreciate the effects when the environment becomes unfavourable
    • Recognise that adaptations serve to enhance survival
    • Provide examples of man’s impact on the environment and recognise the need to safeguard our plant populations for continuity of life and preservation
