For lighter bites, a dim sum menu is offered at lunchtime. Created by Guangzhou-born Chef Li Shou Tao who has been making dim sum for over two decades, the menu features 24 traditional items, such as Steamed Fresh Prawn Dumplings, Baked BBQ Pork Bun and Steamed Shanghai Dumpling as well as more innovative fare like Seared Chilli Crab Meat Bun. Available from 25 February onwards. What’s more, enjoy free lunchtime parking from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on weekdays, except for Public Holidays, from 25 February.
