Focusing on the theme "Celebrating the Past and the Present", the seven-course tasting menu features signature classics from Pollen's 2012 opening menu and new seasonal dishes for Summer 2014. Fireworks Extravaganza

Revel in the National Day festivities with a kaleidoscope of colours at Pollen.
